Build an income that survives a change of address.

The complete system I use to run a business from anywhere with power and a signal — finding clients who don't care where you are, pricing so you can afford the flexibility, and the boring infrastructure that keeps it upright while you're in transit.

30-day refund. If it doesn't earn its price back in usefulness, email me and I'll refund it. No form, no questions.

Read the free version first. The core idea in this course is covered in Working Across Time Zones Without Wrecking Your Sleep — free, no email required. Buy the course only if you want the full system, the templates and the walkthroughs.

Right fit

This is for you if

  • You already have a skill someone pays for, and you want to stop trading a desk for it.
  • You're freelancing but the income is lumpy and every month starts at zero.
  • You've moved once and discovered how much admin nobody warned you about.
  • You want the logistics, not the highlight reel.
Wrong fit

Skip it if

  • You have no marketable skill yet — build one first, then come back.
  • You want passive income with no client contact. That isn't this.
  • You're looking for country-specific tax or visa advice. I'm not qualified and I won't pretend to be.
  • You want a 30-day get-rich timeline.
Outcomes

What you'll have at the end

Not "an understanding of". Actual artefacts you can point at.

  • A positioning statement and a service page that gets you replies from people you actually want to work with.
  • A rate card built from your real numbers, plus the script for raising rates on existing clients.
  • A client pipeline you can run in 45 minutes a week, with the exact templates I use.
  • A documented ops stack: contracts, invoicing, banking, backups and the 'if my laptop dies today' plan.
  • A 12-month move calendar that accounts for cash flow, client overlap and the two months a year you'll get nothing done.
Curriculum

Every module, every lesson

Click any module to expand it. Nothing is hidden before you buy.

  • The skill audit: what people already pay you for vs. what you enjoy
  • Positioning for a market that can't see you in person
  • Why 'available anywhere' is a weak pitch, and what replaces it
  • Worksheet: your one-sentence positioning statement
  • The three pricing models and when each one traps you
  • Building a rate card backwards from your real annual number
  • The raise-your-rates email, word for word
  • Handling the four objections you'll actually get
  • Where remote-friendly clients actually look
  • The outreach sequence: 5 touches, 21 days, no begging
  • Referral mechanics that don't feel gross
  • Building proof when you're starting from nothing
  • The one-page CRM I've used for six years
  • Weekly review checklist, live walkthrough
  • What to do in a dry month before you panic
  • Contracts and scope: the four clauses that prevent most disputes
  • Invoicing and getting paid across borders
  • Banking, cards and the multi-currency setup I landed on
  • Backups, 2FA, and the 'laptop stolen in Lisbon' recovery plan
  • The overlap-window method for client time zones
  • How much you actually get done in a travel week (the honest number)
  • Setting client expectations without advertising that you're away
  • The three-month buffer rule and why it's not negotiable
  • Mapping moves against invoice dates
  • Planning the two dead months a year
  • Subcontracting without losing the client relationship
  • Productising one service as a revenue floor
  • The case for staying solo, which I take seriously
Reader mail

From students who finished it

“Paid for itself in about three weeks. The pricing module alone made me raise my rates 40% and I lost exactly zero clients.”

Marcus DelaneyFreelance developer, Berlin

“The ops module is the one nobody else teaches. I'd been winging contracts for two years and it was only a matter of time.”

Sofia NunesCopywriter, Lisbon

“Honest about the parts that are hard. The 'you will lose two months a year' lesson reframed my entire plan.”

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

6h 20m of video, and realistically 12–15 hours if you do the worksheets — which is the entire point. Most people spread it over three or four weeks.
It helps a lot. If you have a skill but zero clients, modules 1–3 are still the right starting point. If you have no marketable skill yet, this is the wrong purchase and I'd rather tell you now.
No, and deliberately. That's jurisdiction-specific, it changes constantly, and getting it wrong is expensive. I cover how to structure your admin so a real accountant can help you cheaply — that's the honest limit of what I can offer.
There's a private forum included. It's quiet and useful rather than busy and noisy, which is the trade I'd make every time.
